Emotional Debris

Category: Apparel

In everyday life, we unconsciously project countless emotions onto the objects around us. A scratch on a table, a forgotten garment, even a discarded piece of fabric, all become vessels of anger, desire, shame, tenderness, or secrets.Objects are no longer passive; they transform into containers of emotion, catalysts of memory, and surrogates of longing. This collection explores the symbiosis between emotion and object. By deconstructing and regenerating discarded materials, I reshape them into theatrical forms: distorted cuts suggest suppression and struggle, layered colors capture accumulation and eruption, and exaggerated silhouettes thrust hidden emotions into the spotlight. These works are not merely garments, but escapes and incarnations of emotion. The wearer becomes more than a body, they become the co-narrator of a dialogue between emotion and matter.
