“Go Fly a Kite” explores the journey of a kite, which to me embodies the human condition – brimming with potential, learning to move with the winds of life, and discovering the strength to repair and rise again. For this collection, I developed a paper textile – made by reversing bookbinding techniques – that plays with the illusion of fragility while remaining flexible and resilient, and designed to endure movement. 01 The Static Kite 02 Take Off 03 Nosedive 04 Ascent
