Where the homeland comes

'Between Worlds' is my graduation collection — a deeply personal exploration of cultural identity and belonging, rooted in the landscapes and traditions of my home country. This coat is look 8 'Where the Homeland comes' is the final look of the collection and its most considered statement. Constructed entirely from wool sourced from my home country, the garment carries both material and emotional meaning: it is a textile bridge between where I come from and where I am going. Every element has been chosen with intention. There is no plastic in this piece. Buttons and decorative details are handcrafted from porcelain — a deliberate choice to replace industrial components with something hand-made, tactile, and lasting. The result is a garment that does not simply function as outerwear, but asks the viewer to reconsider what a coat can be: an object of permanence, craft, and quiet resistance to disposable design. Between Worlds is not fast fashion. It is fashion made to endure.
