I am a textile designer with a deep-rooted passion for sustainable creativity, combining together tradition and innovation. Currently completing my BA(Hons) at De Montfort University, I specialize in crafting woven textiles—where I include hand-spun art yarns to intricate woven designs—using both time-honored techniques and digital tools like Adobe Photoshop and ScotWeave. What fuels my work is a commitment to nature and mindful making. I seek beauty in the imperfect, the organic, and the reclaimed, transforming naturally produced and repurposed materials into designs that tell a story. Every thread I spin or pattern I create is a tribute to the planet, a small act of preservation woven into art. Beyond my craft, I thrive on connection—whether through multilingual collaboration, adapting to new challenges, or mentoring emerging designers. I believe textiles are a language of their own, one that bridges generations and cultures. My mission? To push the boundaries of sustainable design while inspiring others to see the extraordinary potential in every fiber, every scrap, every natural wonder.
