I am a student at Academy of Art, Architecture and Design in Prague in the Textile Design studio under the guidance of Linda Kaplanová and Martin Pondělíček. I collaborated on a textile installation in the Catalan Pavilion at the 2025 Venice Architecture Biennale with artist Eva Franch i Gilabert. I am also a co-creator of a collective tapestry exhibited at Fuji Textile Week 2025.

The Hemp Bag

Competitions: Fashion Competition 2026

This hemp handbag is made from hand-processed hemp fibers that are left at their natural length. The fibers are sewn together using machine embroidery. Inspired by Ursula K. Le Guin‘s essay “The Carrier Bag Theory of Fiction”, I created this piece as a tribute to fundamental object of human society: the bag. The raw form of the plant fiber defines the sculptural design, highlighting the source textile material in its most basic form.
