This is my dream project, where I have woven my aspirations into the dresses. My inspiration comes from the Aztecs, an ethnic group from Mexico, known for their rich cultural heritage. Their design patterns are unique, with most materials sourced from nature. Nature, as we know, is the best resource for design. For my collection, I have primarily used materials from nature, such as jute fabric, known as the golden fiber. I dyed the jute with haritoki, a natural dye. I have taken Aztec patterns and fused them with formal and Bangladeshi cultural designs, creating a unique fusion look. My collection features various pattern variations and is adorned with embroidery, buttons, customized jute fabric, and ropes. Every material used is authentic to Bangladeshi culture. I aim to present this collection to the world, showcasing the beauty and craftsmanship of Bangladeshi materials and designs.
