Henry Savill

I am a Photographer, Assistant and Retoucher. Based in Suffolk and Norfolk. I have studied in the field of photography for over 5 years granting me a degree in which I perfected skills within the photographic industry gaining a proficiency working and assisting within a photographic studio In-house as well as retouching images with my proficient knowledge in adobe software. Such as Photoshop, lightroom PremierPro, Illiustrator and InDesign for a multitude of creative contexts. With my time spent studying I have used digital suites for scanning my work to digitise it for portfolios needed to categorise, collect and show off my work in a professional manner. I have learnt and applied knowledge of ethical concerns within photographic practice such as environmental, copyright and culturally sensitive issues by the study of past and current photographers. In which I performed critical thinking of standards of working with others and clients. I have proficient knowledge in handling Mirrorless, medium format and cropped sensor cameras.

Rural Fashion and Origins

Competitions: Fashion Competition 2025

Rural fashion and Origins depicts fashion and the rural life that influences and surrounds it. Styled on my twin brother I worked to display the clothing in its natural authenticity. Living in rural Suffolk I take my developing aesthetic and apply it to areas I grew up in taking everyday shots but changing them into something new. Documenting traditional menswear with a contemporary lifestyle much of my project features areas around the coast as I curate and coordinate my styling to the colour of the environment. In reflection of the clothing's origin it is handmade in England and is environmental and biodegradable.
