저는 한국의 전통 복식인 한복과 일본 서브컬처 로리타 패션을 결합한 디자인을 지속적으로 탐구해왔습니다. 한복이 지닌 구조적 실루엣, 여밈 방식, 전통 문양과 색채의 상징성을 존중하면서도, 로리타 패션 특유의 레이어드 구조, 장식적 디테일, 서브컬처적 감성을 접목해 현대적으로 재해석하고자 합니다. 이는 단순한 혼합이 아닌, 서로 다른 문화권의 미감을 하나의 디자인 언어로 정리하는 작업입니다. 전통 복식을 고증의 대상으로만 두지 않고, 현재의 시선과 개인적 세계관을 담아 확장 가능한 창작 소재로 다루며, 일러스트·의상·소품 디자인까지 아우르는 실험적 패션 표현을 지향합니다. I have consistently explored designs that combine the traditional Korean attire, hanbok, with the Japanese subculture of Lolita fashion. While respecting the structural silhouette, fastening, and symbolic nature of traditional patterns and colors of hanbok, I aim to reinterpret it in a contemporary way by incorporating the layered structure, decorative details, and subcultural sensibilities of Lolita fashion. This is not a simple fusion; it's about codifying the aesthetics of different cultures into a single design language. Rather than simply viewing traditional attire as a subject for historical research, I embrace it as a creative medium that can be expanded upon by reflecting contemporary perspectives and my own worldview. I pursue experimental fashion expressions encompassing illustration, clothing, and accessory design.
