Fashion Design BFA

My name is Maria Patriarca and I am 22 years of age. I just completed my final year of Fashion Design in NCAD, Dublin, Ireland. I studied the four year course in which I learned a lot about myself and my values. My work is highly influenced by love and connection while also incorporating sustainability and plant based materials such as cotton, linen and bamboo fibres. I always choose to be as sustainable as I can with my designs. Some people may think that would be a barrier but to me, it’s only the beginning of my inspiration. Having these values allow me to question how I can remain in the box by thinking outside of it.
