I am a fashion design student at Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design in Jerusalem. My work explores the relationship between identity, culture, and craftsmanship through contemporary fashion. Inspired by my Palestinian heritage and personal experiences, I create garments that combine natural materials, traditional techniques, and conceptual storytelling. I am interested in the emotional connection between people, materials, and the body, with a focus on sustainability, innovation, and meaningful design.

Competitions: Fashion Competition 2026

Between Us explores the relationship between a woman and a horse as a space of trust, freedom, and shared identity. Inspired by my everyday life in Jerusalem, the collection reflects on resilience and the search for strength beyond domination. Natural leather and hair-on cowhide are central to the project, chosen for their durability, authenticity, and emotional connection to the horse. Rather than treating leather as decoration, I use it to express protection, memory, and the bond between two bodies moving together. By combining traditional craftsmanship with contemporary fashion design, the collection celebrates natural materials while telling a personal story of coexistence, respect, and quiet strength.
