I am a jewellery artist whose work explores the relationship between the body, healing, and surface texture. Through casting, moulding, and material experimentation, I create pieces inspired by scars, skin, and the marks the body carries. My practice focuses on transforming ideas of vulnerability and imperfection into wearable forms that celebrate healing, memory, and personal history.

Competitions: Fashion Competition 2026

"Held Within" is a necklace that is a part of my degree project titled "Skin Deep". This necklace was created using kombucha leather to explore natural processes of growth, healing, and transformation. Inspired by the textures and marks carried by the skin, the piece reflects how scars become part of a person’s story rather than something to hide. The organic and unpredictable qualities of kombucha leather mirror the surface variations found within the body, creating unique skin-like textures throughout the piece. As a sustainable alternative to animal leather, kombucha leather offers a biodegradable and environmentally conscious material while still maintaining strength, flexibility, and durability. By combining natural materials with jewellery, the piece explores the relationship between the body, healing, sustainability, and material experimentation.
