My name is Valeria N Martinez. I am 26 years old and I'm a Fashion Designer from Puerto Rico, based in New York. I have a BFA in Fashion Design from the Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD) and an Associate's degree in Menswear from the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT). I get inspired by the Caribbean, emotion, music, and individuality. My work explores the balance between femininity and masculinity, merging elegance with streetwear. I design to express identity, confidence, and cultural pride. My designs have been sold in Macy's, Anne Klein, and Shein; my work featured in VOGUE, ELLE, Fashion Week Online, WWD, The New York Times Style Magazine, Yahoo Finance, Chic South Magazine and mentioned in Hola USA!
