Agnieszka Kromolicka is an independent textile artist and designer specializing in botanical printing and natural, plant-based fabric dyeing. Her artistic path began at the State Art High School in Poznań and culminated in a Bachelor’s degree in Clothing Design earned in 2025. Through her independent creative studio, Podszyte Naturą, established in 2021, she explores the intimate dialogue between raw, natural fibers—such as wool, linen, and cotton—and the living world. Her practice is deeply rooted in the philosophy of slow life and regenerative design. Agnieszka’s work focuses on documenting the subtle transformations of matter under the influence of ecology, weather, and time. By experimenting with the interactions between textiles, local flora, and mineral modifiers, she creates unique garments and conceptual textile pieces that serve as wearable sanctuaries. Her craftsmanship has been recognized with multiple honors, including prizes in the Projekt Arting competition, a special award in the "Sewing for Show" competition, and finals in the Burda+Strima fashion contests. Her eco-printed pieces have also been showcased at prominent public exhibitions, such as "Chce się szyć" at the Zamek Culture Centre in Poznań. Combining a refined aesthetic with environmental observation, she offers a profound, sensory connection to the natural world.

Enfolding by Nature – The Moth Ensemble is a sustainable, hand-crafted look consisting of a long woolen dress and a modular cashmere-wool coat, inspired by the organic lifecycle and protective symbolism of nocturnal moths. Created in the spirit of slow design, the outfit utilizes exclusively 100% natural, biodegradable fibers (wool, cashmere, and viscose) and multi-layered botanical dyeing processes. Through natural alchemy—including sumac, alder cones, green walnut shells, iron saddening, shibori resist-tying, and eco-printing—the textiles carry a permanent physical record of time and local flora. The silhouette is engineered to softly embrace the body without restrictive shaping, offering a sensory shelter and a wearable form of regeneration. This project balances precise craftsmanship with a profound ecological narrative, celebrating the beauty of natural cycles, transformation, and quiet persistence in a world dominated by overstimulation.
