NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF DESIGN

I am a Product Design student (B.Des) at the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad. I’m endlessly curious about how people, products, and stories shape the world around us. I’m drawn to ideas that impact how we live, connect, and make sense, whether through objects, systems, or stories. I enjoy working in that space between structure and spontaneity, where a little empathy and a good question can go a long way. Beyond the studio, I’ve grown up on tennis courts and in the company of books. Both have taught me discipline, curiosity, and the value of staying present. I tend to ask a lot of questions and bring persistence to whatever I take on.

RAMAT- Modular Play System

Category: Furniture

Competitions: Home Competition 2026

Meet RAMAT!
A modular play system designed to grow alongside a child’s imagination.
Created for children aged 2–6, it encourages movement, storytelling, and collaboration through open-ended, self-directed play. Designed specifically for urban homes, RAMAT seamlessly integrates into everyday living spaces, functioning as both play equipment and furniture.
Its modular components support motor skill development, and social interaction, while remaining adaptable as a child’s needs and narratives evolve over time.

Working with our partners at Arts Thread to develop lifelong learning and career opportunities for students of fashion and design. Our partnership provides the opportunity to compete on a world stage, participate in industry led workshops, set up an outstanding portfolio and gain access to the resources that will kickstart careers in fashion and design.
