I am an accessories designer currently studying at Accademia Costume & Moda in Rome. My design process begins with observation rather than aesthetics: I am fascinated by the way people interact with objects, spaces and materials in everyday life. I believe meaningful design emerges when concept, function and craftsmanship become inseparable. My work explores how accessories can communicate emotions, memories and human behaviour through thoughtful construction and material choices. I enjoy transforming ordinary experiences into products that encourage interaction while balancing innovation with practicality. Natural materials play a fundamental role in my practice because they carry authenticity, age with dignity and create a lasting relationship between object and user. Rather than designing for trends, I aim to create products that remain relevant over time through durability, emotional value and responsible material choices. As a young designer, I see every project as an opportunity to learn, experiment and contribute to a more conscious future for design.

Competitions: Fashion Competition 2026

Urban Playground explores the relationship between childhood and contemporary urban life, transforming the language of playgrounds into a collection of leather accessories and footwear. In cities dominated by rigid structures and repetitive environments, children instinctively reinvent space through play. This project translates that behaviour into design, where knots, folds, tubular details and adaptable constructions become functional elements inspired by playground equipment. Natural leather is the foundation of the collection. Rather than using the material only for its aesthetic qualities, the project explores its ability to balance structure and softness, permanence and transformation. Different leather types were carefully selected to express these contrasting characteristics while ensuring durability, repairability and longevity. As the products age, they develop character instead of losing value, encouraging a lasting relationship between object and user. Urban Playground proposes a slower and more conscious approach to design, creating accessories that combine emotional storytelling, craftsmanship and functionality. By encouraging interaction and long-term use, the collection celebrates the expressive potential of natural materials while offering an alternative to disposable consumption.
