Tanner Fleury is a fashion designer and fine artist working at the intersection of avant-garde womenswear, evening, and bridal. His practice is defined by a rigorous exploration of unconventional materials and experimental textile innovation, an approach he now brings to the possibilities of natural fibres and sustainable construction. Drawing from a background in music composition and makeup artistry, Fleury develops collections as multidisciplinary bodies of work, where silhouette, texture, and narrative are shaped in concert. His designs are built on meticulous craftsmanship and conceptual depth, occupying the space where fashion and fine art converge.

EcoVow: Cotton Floral Appliqués for Sustainable Bridalwear

Competitions: Fashion Competition 2026

This project reimagines bridal embellishment through a biodegradable cotton paste I developed myself, sculpted into dimensional florals as a sustainable alternative to synthetic lace appliqués. Applied to a cotton lace gown and veil, the cascading floral design embeds seeds at each flower's center, allowing the bride to plant individual blooms or return the entire gown to the earth. Born from a painting background and refined through an earlier prototype collection, this evolved design pushes the technique to its fullest expression.
