Centro Universitário Belas Artes de São Paulo

Currently a undergraduate student in Fashion Design at Centro Universitário Belas Artes de São Paulo and currently work as a Quality Assistant at Shoulder. In addition to my academic training, I am pursuing a course in leather and synthetic garment construction at Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Industrial to further developing my technical expertise in materials and production processes. I have gained practical experience in fashion events and sustainability initiatives, including my participation in São Paulo Fashion Week as a production assistant and my collaboration with Fashion Revolution, promoting circular fashion practices. A significant milestone in my academic trajectory was my selection for the Erasmus+ mobility program, through which I studied at Eskişehir Technical University in Turkey. This international experience broadened my perspective on global fashion, cultural diversity, and sustainable design.

Accessories designed to last, rooted in memory, tradition, and the enduring spirit of Northern Brazilian culture. Inspired by iconic figures such as Lampião, each piece reflects resilience, craftsmanship, and cultural heritage. Made from leather reclaimed from discarded offcuts generated by garment and leather goods manufacturers throughout the city of São Paulo and its surrounding suburbs, every accessory transforms overlooked materials into timeless objects, celebrating conscious design, artisanal techniques, and the value of preserving both stories and resources for future generations. The concept behind the hats is to make them versatile for different occasions. Each design has been created to be worn in at least two different ways, allowing the wearer to adapt the piece to different styles and settings. Brazil is the world's third-largest exporter of cowhide leather, making it a logical and responsible choice to repurpose discarded leather from this major industry. By giving new life to these leftover materials, the collection embraces sustainability while adding value to resources that would otherwise go to waste.
