Inspired by iconic figures such as Lampião, each piece reflects resilience, craftsmanship, and cultural heritage. Made from leather reclaimed from discarded offcuts generated by garment and leather goods manufacturers throughout the city of São Paulo and its surrounding suburbs, every accessory transforms overlooked materials into timeless objects, celebrating conscious design, artisanal techniques, and the value of preserving both stories and resources for future generations. The concept behind the hats is to make them versatile for different occasions. Each design has been created to be worn in at least two different ways, allowing the wearer to adapt the piece to different styles and settings. Brazil is the world's third-largest exporter of cowhide leather, making it a logical and responsible choice to repurpose discarded leather from this major industry. By giving new life to these leftover materials, the collection embraces sustainability while adding value to resources that would otherwise go to waste.
