MA Pattern & Garment Technology

I am a tailor, patternmaker, and designer from New Orleans, Louisiana. My background is in bespoke tailoring, leatherworking, costuming, and patternmaking. I am currently doing my MA in Pattern & Garment Technology at LCF at which I am studying the potential of developing a new method of creating shape in garments by molding directly onto 3D forms rather than through 2D pattern cutting. I am particularly interested in combining technologies such as photogrammetry and CNC milling with crafts such as tailoring, leatherworking, millinery, and felt making.
