Lara Jensen is a fashion & costume designer and Senior Lecturer on the BA (Hons) Costume for Performance course at London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London. Her practice operates across costume and fashion within live performance, music, film, and interdisciplinary performance contexts.

With over a decade of industry experience, Jensen has designed costumes for internationally recognised artists including Lady Gaga, Madonna, Beyoncé, Katy Perry and Queen. She has also collaborated with international fashion houses and design studios, including Karl Lagerfeld, Halpern and Swarovski, establishing a practice that operates across performance, fashion, and luxury design. Her recent work on Lady Gaga’s Mayhem Ball tour (2025–2026) includes the development of AI-driven costume visualisations and the creation of custom headwear and mask elements within a production defined by its gothic and theatrical visual language.

Alongside this, she was costume designer on LILITH.AEON with A&E Company, an interdisciplinary project combining choreography, motion capture and AI-driven performance environments, extending her work into immersive and technologically mediated performance contexts.

Jensen’s work combines conceptual design with technical precision, with a focus on performance, materiality, and emerging design methodologies.
