Anna Maria Øfstedal Eng is a Norwegian designer working in the space between art and design. Her practice is driven by a sculptural approach to functional objects, where organic forms and material presence play a central role.

Working intuitively and often directly with raw materials, Øfstedal Eng shapes her pieces through physical processes, creating furniture that balances utility with a strong sculptural identity. Her work challenges conventional notions of function, aiming to create objects that invite long-term use, emotional attachment, and visibility.

She has collaborated with international brands including Ferm Living. Her work has received multiple design awards and international nominations, and has been widely featured in international publications.

With a strong focus on materiality, sustainability, and recycled resources, her work draws inspiration from the Norwegian landscape and its raw, natural forms.
