Ana Del Rio is an award-winning British/Spanish designer and material innovator specialising in contemporary leathercraft. Based at Cockpit in London, her eponymous brand, ANA DEL RIO, is defined by a fusion of heritage craftsmanship and experimental surface techniques.
A recipient of the Graduate Fashion Week Innovation Award and the International Real Leather. Stay Different Overall Prize, Ana’s work is recognised for its multi-sensory, distinctive approach to wearable art. Her commitment to the future of the industry extends beyond the studio; she serves as Chair of the Youth Board for the Queen Elizabeth Scholarship Trust (QEST) and is a Freeman of the Leathersellers.
As a judge for the Only Natural design competition, Ana hopes to champion the next generation of creators, seeking out those who also aim to leave a definitive, sustainable mark on the global fashion landscape.
